In the surety arena, our law firm handles cases involving contract and commercial surety bond disputes, including but not limited to payment bonds, performance bonds, bid bonds, license and permit bonds, and wage and benefit bonds. We assist our clients in obtaining collateral from financially vulnerable principals to secure any debt owed. If necessary to make our clients whole, we will file suit in court seeking indemnification or reimbursement of the amounts owed. Aside from litigation, we also assist our clients in the drafting of surety bonds to meet the specific needs of their construction projects.
